APPROVAL OF SECOND'GMGE STRUCTURE AT W197 S7325

ROBERT WIZA
WHEREAS, A site plan and construction drawings have been
submitted by Robert Wiza for a second garage structure to be
located at W197 S7325 Hillendale, and
WHEREAS, The proposed garage shall be 26' X 38' in size,
and
WHEREAS, It is to be located on the lot which contains 16
acres; and
WHEREAS, The building will be placed such that it conforms
to the zoning district's offset requirements and
WHEREAS, The structure will be architecturally compatible
e with the proposed residential structure.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the second garage structure at W197 S7325 Hillendale.
