APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR BREANN RIDGE SUBDIVISION Nv 1/4 OF SECTION 1O;GERALD ROZEY
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was submitted on'July 16, 1990
for a land division located in the NW 1/4 of Section 10, and
WHEREAS, A sketch of the proposed land division was
approved along with rezoning of this property to allow for the
creation of 6 multi-family residential lots', and
WHEREAS, Waukesha County Park and Planning Commission,
Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission and the
Department of Agriculture', Trade and Consumer Protection has
reviewed this Preliminary Plat and have returned a report of no
objection to the plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Preliminary Plat of the 6 lot land division in the NW 1/4 of
Section 10 known as Breann Ridge Subdivision and recommend
approval to the Common Council.
