APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP CREATING 2 PARCELS IN THE NW 114 OF SECTION 102GERALD KOZEY
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a two parcel division of
the Kozey property in the NW 114 of Section 10, and
WHEREAS, The sewer ends at the north end Of
Parkland Drive', and
WHEREAS, It is proposed not to wait for san
parcel 2 on
itary sewer
extension and to use a lateral directly into the existing sewers,
and
WHERMS, A Preliminary Plat has been submitted and Sent to
the objecting agencies., and
WEREAS, There have been no objections to the plat., and
WHEREAS, These two lots will fit into a Preliminary Plat
submitted in P.C. 11152-90.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map creating two parcels and recommend
approval to the Common Council conditioned that the sewer
availability at the end of Parkland be granted by the sewer
utility.
