APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY SIGN
WODCREST HEIGHTS - KAEREK BUILDERS
WHEREAS, is is proposed to locate a temporary sign on Lots 42 and
43 in Woodcrest Heights Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, this sign will be a wooden non-illuminated 6 ft. X 12
ft. free-standing sign, and
WHEREAS, the sign is intended to advertise model homes within the
subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the sign will be located in conformance with the zoning
district requirements, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission may grant approval for such sign for
up to a period of one year.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission approve the
temporary sign for a period of one year to be located on Lots 42
and 43 in the Woodcrest Heights Subdivision. 0
