RESOLUTION tl49-90
WHEREAS, a request for a temporary 4 ft. X 4 ft. non-illuminated
property of the proposed Lakeview Highlands Subdivision located
sign advertising 13 acres for sale to be located on the unplatted
in the SW 114 of Section 5 has been received, and
WHEREAS, two previous signs had been approved advertising this
development, and
WHEKEAS, three signs were previously requested with the third
sign originally having been denied due to incorrect wording, and
WHEREAS, the wording has now been corrected to advertise the
development as a "possible Planned Unit Development".
THEREFORE BE IT KESOLVED that the Plan Commission approve the 4
property of the proposed Lakeview Highlands Subdivision
ft. X 4 ft. non-illuminated sign located on the unplatted
advertising lots for sale in the "possible Planned Unit
Development."
