WHEREAS, it is proposed to construct a 24 ft. X 24 ft. detached
second garage structure at 575 W14592 Pilgrim Drive, and
WHEREAS, this structure will be finished and treated in a manner
compatible with the existing dwelling, and
WHEREAS, this garage meets all the requirements of the Building
Code and the Zoning Ordinance.
THEKEFOKE BE IT KESOLVED that the Plan Commission approve the 24
W14592 Pilgrim Drive.
