WHEREAS, it is proposed to redivide Parcel #2 of Certified Survey
Map 115693 in the NE 1 /4 of Section 9, and
WHEREAS, these lots meet the requirements of the Zoning and Land
Division Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the Planned Unit Development originally called for this
area to have seven single family homes, and
WHEREAS, the sewer and water has been extended into Parcel #3 and
Parcel #1 and #2 will be built on an easement across Parcel #3,
and
WHEREAS, the access for those parcels created by the division of
Parcel 112 will be off Janesville Road.
THEREFOKE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission approve a
redivision of Parcel 112 of Certified Survey Map fl5693 in the NE
1/4 of Section 9, subject to the engineer's approval and
submittal of all applicable fees in accordance with Section 10 of
the Land Division Ordinance.
