WHEREAS, it is proposed to construct a 22 ft. X 24 ft. detached
second garage structure at W150 S6YY5 Cornell Circle, and
WHEREAS, this will be the second detached garage approximately 28
ft. from Cornell Circle, and
WHEREAS, it is proposed to blacktop an area 11 ft. X 24 ft. area
adjacent to the proposed garage structure.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission approve the 22
ft. X 24 ft. detached second garage structure at W150 S6995
Cornell Circle.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
construction of a fire wall along the wall adjacent to the
existing garage structure.
