APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR TERRA DEVELOPMENT SE 114 SECTION 8 b NE 114 SECTION 17
w#mUS, It is proposed to divide land in the SE 114 of
Section 8 and the NE 114 of Section 17, and
WHEREAS, Approximately 24 acres in Parcel 1 on the corner
of Racine and Janesville will be Commercial with Plan Commission
approval of building, site and operation plan, and
WHEREAS, Approximately 28 acres Parcel 1 between Sunset
Lane and Janesville Road will be developed as Multi-family
subject to Plan Commission approval of the building, site and
operation plan and the remaining parcel will be developed as
Single family, and
WHEREAS, This land is zoned B-2/RS-2 with conceptual OPD
zoning.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the division of land for approximately 24 acres of land and
approximately 28 acres of land in the SE 1/4 of Section 8 and NE
114 of Section 17 and recommend approval to the Common Council
subject to the receipt of all other fees required by Section 10
of the land division ordinance and the approval of the city
engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approval does not usurp
the approval of Plan Commission in approving the building, site
and operation plan under the P.U.D.
