%/W(SHORELAND/WETLAND) TO RS-3/0LS FOR THE PURPOSE OF FILLING WETLANDS TO UTILIZE THE SITE FOR RESIDENTIAL USE-JEFF VERBURGT
WHEREAS, A petition has been received to rezone from
Shoreland/Wetland to RS-3/0LS, and
WHEREAS, The purpose of the request to rezone is to fill in
the wetland so that the lot may better be utilized for
residential purposes.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council to rezone the Jeff Verburgt
property addressed as W166 S8396 Kurtze Lane from S/W to RS-3/0LS
for the purpose of filling the wetland.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, This approval is subject to the
approval of the DNR or the Corps of Engineers.
