FROM RS-1 TO RS-2 FOR THE PURPOSE OF ALLOWING SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT-LOUIS WILRENSON w#EBEAS, The City of Muskego has received a petition from Louis Wilkenson to rezone a parcel of land in the NE 114 of Section 18 from RS-1 to RS-2, and WHEREAS, RS-2 will better serve a proper lot layout on this property because of existing and future roads. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the rezoning from RS-1 to RS-2 for this property located in the NE 114 of Section 16 for Louis Wilkenson for the purpose of allowing single family residential development.
