WEREAS, The Preliminary Plat of Meadow Green West Addition
#2 was submitted on June 25, 1990, and
WHEREAS, Reports of the objecting agencies have been
received, and
WHEREAS, The DNR, State of Wisconsin and Waukesha County
Park and Planning have conditioned their approval, and
WHEREAS, The City Engineer suggested denial because of the
numerous problems with the plat, and
WHEREAS, The plan does not conform to the local master
plan.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission deny the
Preliminary Plat until all the problems listed in the reports
have been resolved and revised plans submitted and approved.
