WEREAS, The city has been requested to extend the
permission to park a semi truck and trailer on the property
addressed above, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RCE, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission granted permission in
Resolution I1P.C. 143-89 for a period of one year, and
WHEREAS, There have been no complaints or problems
associated with the parking.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the parking of the semi tractor and trailer on the property
addressed as 575 W21453 Field Drive with the conditions
established in Resolution I1P.C. 143-89.
