APPROVAL FOR T€lE CITY OF HUSKEGO TO REZONE 43 ACRES OF THE
VESBACH PROPERTY (DON MILLER) LOCATED IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 16 FROM RS-l/L(LOWLANDS) TO RS-I/L/OPD
WEREAS, A petition for the Vesbach property located in the
SE 114 of Section 16 has been requested by the Plan Commission to
rezone from RS-1-L(Low1ands) to RS-l/L/OPD, and
WHEREAS, The Common Council Public Hearing will be held on
August 14, 1990, and
WHEREAS, This zoning would permit 62 homes, and
WHEREAS, This density is what was being proposed by a
previous petition.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council that the City of Muskego rezone
the 43 acres of the Vesbach property located in the SE 1/4 of
Section 16 from RS-l/L(Lowlands) to RS-l/L/OPD.
