mma$, It is proposed to place a non-illuminated wall
sign on the Delta Group building addressed as W188 58393 Mercury,
and
WHEREAS, The building, site and operation plan including
landscaping and lighting has been approved, and
WHEREAS, The sign conforms to the requirements in the 1-1
zoning district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sign for the Delta Group located at W188 S8393 Mercury.
