APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE b OPERATION PLAN FOR MULTI-FAMILY
OVERLOOK BAY APARTMENTS FOR TERRA DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct 25 eight family
buildings in the Lake Forest Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, This area has been approved for a Planned Unit
Development in concept which allows for a mixed development, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has approved this density and
overall site plan showing the area to be constructed with
multi-family units, and
WHEREAS, The site plan shows one detention pond and one
retention pond, and
WHEREAS, The units will have attached garages and
sufficient off-street parking, and
WHEREAS, The landscaping plans have been submitted showing
the plant types and spacings and height, and
WHEREAS, The plan also includes a clubhouse, and
WHEREAS, Dumpsters will be provided and a fence screening
of those dumpsters
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the building, site and operation plan for the Overlook Bay
Apartments project in the Lake Forest Subdivision subject to the
County approval of both accesses on Racine Avenue and Highway L.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the type of lighting be
approved for this project prior to installation by the Plan
Commission and the DNR and the Army Corps of Engineers.
