APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP NE 1/4 OF SECTION 12-TOWN OF WATERFORD
AMERICAN SURVEYING COMPANY, INC.
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on July 3,
1990 for a three lot land division plus an outlot in the NE 114
of Section 12, Town of Waterford for American Surveying Company,
Inc. , and
WHEREAS, This approval is necessary under the city's
extraterritorial plan approval, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Waterford must approve land division
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map in the NE 114 of Section 12, Town of
Waterford for American Surveying Company, Inc.
