SW h SE OF SECTION 5 - Lakeviev Highlands
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct three temporary signs
in the SW & SE of Section 5, and
WHEREAS, These signs are offering for sale land from the
Dawson property consisting of 13 wooded lots, an outlot of 4.4
acres west of Racine, and a four acre plat east of Racine, and
WHEREAS, The developers are advertising a Planned Unit
Development but do not have the zoning.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the signs labeled one and
three be approved, and further that number two be approved
contingent on the sign indicating there is no Planned Unit
Development at this time.
