APPROVAL OF 100' x 150' POND

WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 100' x 150' pond in
the NE 114 of Section 32 on approximately 5 112 acres, and
WHEREAS, The slopes should not be greater than two ft.
horizontal to one ft. vertical, and
WHEREAS, This pond be approved subject. to obtaining the
proper soil erosion permits.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the creation of a pond approximately 1OO'x 150' at W188 S10411
Kelsey Drive for Erik Treba.
