THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the 12' x 16' second garage structure be approved for Jim Casper at W151 S6841 Golden Country THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval is contingent upon the structure being relocated a minimum of 25 ft. from the north lot line (Koso Drive) or a variance being granted by the Board of Appeals.
