APPROVAL OF 12' x 16' SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
W151 S6841 Golden Country Drive-Jim Casper
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 12' x 16'second
accessory building, and
WHEREAS, This second garage structure has been approved by
the Golden Country Architectual Control Committee, and
WHEREAS, It would be used for residential storage and be
located within four feet from the house requiring a one-hour fire
wall separation along the closest wall.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the 12' x 16' second garage
structure be approved for Jim Casper at W151 S6841 Golden Country
THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval is
contingent upon the structure being relocated a minimum of 25 ft.
from the north lot line (Koso Drive) or a variance being granted
by the Board of Appeals.
