AMENDED
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego upon the recommendation of the
Plan Commission will be amending the district zoning map for the
property located in the NE and SE 114 of Section 16 from RS-I/L
(Lowlands) to RS-l/L/OPD to allow single family residential
development.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend approval to the Common Council to rezone property in
the NE and SE 1/4 of Section 16 from RS-l/L (Lowlands) to RS-
l/L/OPD.
