APPROVAL OF SKETCH TO DIVIDE A PARCEL OF LAND INTO A 61 LOT
SUBDIVISION-WNALD MILLER
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a parcel of land into a
61 lot subdivision in the NE and SE 1/4 of Section 16 for Donald
Miller, and
WHEREAS, This land is zoned RS-1 and lowlands, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to amend the zoning district map
that will permit those lots, and
WHEREAS, In Resolution #P.C. 121-90 the Plan Commission
moved to deny the previous sketch and stated they would be
receptive to a division that would show the corner lots
conforming to the zoning ordinance, and that the lots along the
m creek show buildable area, and
WHEREAS, A sketch has now been submitted which shows the
corner lots to be 120' average width.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch as to the lot layout and design with the exception of
the cul de sacs needing only a 60' radius.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approval is subject to the
approval of the rezoning that would permit the size of the lots
and density being proposed.
