PCR1990122RESOLUTION #P.C. 127-90 a RECOMMENDATION TO AMEND SECTION 3.03(2)B 2 d OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT REGARDING RECERTIFICATION OF THE FOOTINGS.

WHEREAS, A recertification of the footings is necessary to
insure the proper grade and placement of new construction, and
WHEREAS, This recertification must be done by a surveyor to
insure that the proper grade and placement has been accomplished,
and
WHEREAS, It is necessary to amend the zoning ordinance text
(Section 3.03(2)B 2 d by adding a recertification of the footings
must be required prior to the construction of the foundation
wall, and
WHEREAS, A Common Council Public Hearing will be held on
July 10, 1990.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend approval to the Common Council to amend Section
3.03(2)B 2 d of the Zoning Ordinance Text regarding
recertification of the footings.
