PCR1990121RESOLUTION #P.C. 121-90 DENIAL OF LAND DIVISION IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 16 DON MILLER
WHEREAS, A sketch has been submitted for a 61 lot
subdivison in the SE 1/4 of Section 16 on the northwest corner of
Lannon Drive and Woods Road, and
WHEREAS, There is a row of lots abutting Woods Road, and
WHEREAS, There is no sewer available on Woods Road, and
WHEREAS, It shows the corner lots to be less than what the
ordinance requires, and
WHEREAS, It shows at least two lots to be within the
boundary of the 100 year flood.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission deny the
sketch as submitted and and would be receptive to a division that
would: 1- show how the lots abut Woods Road and would be sewered;
2-The corner lots conform to the Zoning Ordinance and the lots
abutting the creek would be redefined to show the buildable area
of the lot.
