SUBURBAN HEIGHTS
WHEREAS, It is proposed to install sewers on Hillendale
Drive abutting the Froelich property in the SE 1/4 of Section 5,
and
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat had been approved by the Plan
Commission in 1987, and
WHEREAS, The development did not proceed, and
WHEREAS, The City Engineers are requesting a lot layout
that would enable them to properly design the sewers, and
WHEREAS, It is now proposed to divide six (6) lots abutting
Hillendale to be serviced by the sewer.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve 0 the six (6) lot sketch abutting Hillendale Drive and will be
receptive to either a certified survey map or a final plat
showing the property divisions subject to the road arrangements
for Tans Drive.
