APPROVAL OF 6 LOT LAND DIVISION SKETCH FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT IN THE SW CORNER OF HILLENDALE AND FIELD DRIVE BY GLENN HANSEN
WHEREAS, A sketch for six (6) large lots has been submitted
for the SW corner of Hillendale and Field Drive, and
WHEREAS, This land is unsewered and will require an on-site
sewerage disposal system, and
WHEREAS, This is zoned R-1 and RCE, and
WHEREAS, The lots meet the requirements of the zoning
ordinances.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the six (6) lot land division and will be receptive to a
certified survey map if evidence is submitted guaranteeing that
an on-site disposal system can be placed on these lots. 0
