NW 114 OF SECTION 7-MWN OF NORWAY-JMS KOSIR
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on June 7,
1990 to create four (4) lots in the NW 1/4 of Section 7 in the
Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, This approval is necessary under the City's
extraterritorial plan approval, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land division
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map in the NW 1/4 of Section 7, Town of
Norway for James Kosir.
