JANESVILLE ROAD AND VALLEY DRIVE-ROTH REALTY
WEREAS, It is proposed to place one non-illuminated 3' x
4' temporary sign on the SE corner of Janesville Road and Valley
Drive, and
WHEREAS, This sign will be constructed for the purpose of
designating a new development and the promotion of a subdivision,
and
WHEREAS, This sign is not located on the premises involved
and may be permitted for a period of up to 9 months.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVEDy That the Plan Commission approve
the sign for a 9 month period.
