##ERWEl, The City of Muskego's Public Utilities Committee
has petitioned for property located abutting Janesville Road on
the north and south side and extending east and west from
Hillendale Drive to rezone from R-2 to RS-2, and
WHEREAS, This petition is to allow the property to be
sewered for residential development, and
WHEREAS, This rezoning is in conjunction with the proposed
sewer project to service this property, and
WHEREAS, A Common Council Public Hearing will be held on
July 10, 1990.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend approval to the Common Council to rezone the property
located abutting Janesville Road on the north and south side an
extending east and west from Hillendale Dale to rezone from R-2
to RS-2.
