REZONE AREA ON WOODS ROAD-SOUTH FROM A TO RS-2
FOR FUTURE SEWERED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
w#E€tEA$, The City of Muskego's Public Utilities Committee
has petitioned for property located south of Janesville Road and
abutting the west side of Woods Road from A (Agricultural) to RS-
2, and
WHEREAS, This petition for rezoning is requested in
conjunction with a proposed sewer project which will place sewers
on Woods Road to service these properties, and
WHEREAS, A Common Council Public Hearing has been scheduled
for July 10, 1990.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend approval to the Common Council to rezone the area from
A to RS-2.
