APPROVAL TO REZONE AREA ON BILLENDALE ROAD-NORTR FROM R-1 to
RS-1 TO ALLOW FOR FUTURE SEWERED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
WEREAS, The City of Muskego's Public Utilities Committee
has petitioned for property adjoining the east and west side of
Hillendale Drive and north of Janesville Road to be rezoned from
R-1 to RS-1, and
WHEREAS, This petition for rezoning is to allow for future
severed residential development, and

WHEREAS, This petition is in conjunction with a proposed
' project to serve this property, and
WHEREAS, A Common Council Public Hearing will be held on
10, 1990.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend approval to the Common Council to rezone the area on
Hillendale Road-North from R-1 to RS-1.
