APPROVAL OF LAND DIVISION SKETCH FOR WOODS ROAD-HR. SPITZNER
WHEREAS, It is the City of Muskego's intent to sewer Woods
Road south of Janesville Road to serve existing homes, and
WHEREAS, There is vacant land on both the east and west
sides of Woods Road, and
WHEREAS, It has been requested by the City Engineer to
establish these lots for the purpose of designing a sewer system,
and
WHEREAS, The Spitzner property both on the east and west
will have a 60' road reservation, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission must approve any roads or
extention of roads and lot layouts.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch along with the location of the proposed street right-
of-way to aid the engineer in designing the sewer system.

BE IT FLTRTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission realize
that there will be further filling of the wetlands on the
Spitzner land on the west side of Woods Road and that the filling
will be done in accordance with the soil erosion ordinance and
the approval of the Corps of Engineers.
