WEREA$, It is proposed to construct a 12' x 20 second
garage structure on the lot addressed as W136 S7513 Fairfield
Drive, and
WHEREAS, This is abutting an unimproved city access which
will never become a street because of the sewer structure and
facilities in the center, and
I WHEREAS, The offsets and setbacks conform to the zoning
ordinances.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 12' x 20' yard barn for the storage of lawn and garden
a equipment.
