NE 114 SECTION 16-GREG BOAEM
WHEREAS, A revised Final Plat was submitted on June 12,
1990 to remove five (5) lots on Joel Court because of the
inability to gain approval of the removal of the wetlands from
the Corps of Engineers, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission had approved the amended Final
Plat in Resolution P.C. 1\59-90 on April 17, 1990, and
WHEREAS, The remainder of the subdivision has remained the
same.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the revised Final Plat for Meadow Green West Addition 111 in the
NE 114 of Section 16.
