WHERFAS, A request has been submitted by Roger Kastello for
legal lot status of Lot 1 C, Block 3, Unrecorded Oakridge
Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, This property is zoned RS-3/0LS/OED,and
WHEREAS, This lot is 8,476 square feet in size and has an
average width of 52 feet, and
WHEREAS, The zoning district requires that the property be
at least 10,000 square feet with an average width of 66 213 feet,
and
WHEREAS, This lot has 85 percent of the required size and
78 percent of the required average width, and
WHEREAS, Notice has been given to the property owners
adjoining within 100 feet of this property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
approve/disapprove the petition for legal lot status for Lot 1 C,
Block 3 in the Unrecorded Oakridge Subdivision.
