APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE b OPERATION PLAN
MUSK.M;o INDUSTRIAL PARK (SATURN b MERCURY DRIVE)
HOLLAND BEAUTY FLOWER b BULB CORP.
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 15,000 square foot
building in the NW corner of Saturn and Mercury Drive in the
Muskego Industrial Park No. 1, and
WHEREAS, The office area on the east and south elevation
will be full split face decorative block, and
WHEREAS, The remaining portion of the building will be a
shadow ribbed metal panel finish, and
WHEREAS, The parking has a 10 foot setback.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the building plan and will be receptive to a landscape, lighting
and signage plan to be submitted prior to the installation and
prior to occupancy.
