APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
AT S71 W19998 WILLIAMS DRIVE-ROBERT ROSS

WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 24' x 30' second
garage structure at S71 W19998 Williams Drive, and
WHEREAS, This is RS-2 zoning requiring a 15' and 20'
offset, and
WHEREAS, This structure is subject to approval from the
Board of Appeals for the setback variance proposed to be located
10' from the rear lot line and does not meet the zoning district
requirements for setbacks.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
architectually approve the second garage structure at S71 W19998
Williams Drive.
