W144 S6765 TESS CORNERS DRIVE FROM RS-3 to RS-310IP FOR THE
TESS CORNERS FIRE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, A petition has been submitted for the Tess Corners
Fire Department to rezone vacant property located approximately
at W144 56765 Tess Corners Drive from RS-3 to RS-3/0IP, and
t WHEREAS, The property adjoins the existing facilities of
I the Tess Corners Fire Department, and
I WHEREAS, The rezoning is requested to allow the Fire
Department to add a new addition to the existing building and to
expand the Fire Department's activities, and
I WHEREAS, A Common Council Public Hearing will be held on
June 26, 1990. w,.i THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the rezoning from RS-3 to RS-3/0IP for the vacant property
located approximately at W144 S6765 Tess Corners Drive for the
Tess Corners Fire Department and recommend approval to the Common
Counc i1.
