W206 S7944 PASADENA DRIVE FROM R-1 to RS-2
GERALD MUTZA
WHEREAS, A petition has been received from Gerald Mutza to
rezone property located at W206 S7944 Pasadena Drive from R-1 to
RS-2 ,and
WHEREAS, The applicant is requesting the rezoning to allow
for residential development which would be served by Muskego's
Municipal Sewer System, and
WHEREAS, The property is approximately 6.25 acres in size
and is located in an area in which the city intends to extend
sewer facilities, and
WHEREAS, A Common Council Public Hearing will be held on
June 26, 1990.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the rezoning from R-1 to RS-2 at W206 S7944 Pasadena Drive and
recommend approval to the Common Council.
