APPROVAL TO REZONE PROPERTY IN THE NW 114 OF SECTION 1
FROM RS-2/B-2 to 1-1" h W MARINE
WWMAS, A petition to rezone property owned by the Small
Family Corporation located in the NW 114 of Section 1 to allow
the property to be used as Industrial Use (boat storage), and
WHEREAS, This property is unsewered and this use would not
require plumbing at this time, and
WHEREAS, A Common Council Public Hearing will be held on
June 26, 1990, and
WHEREAS, This property adjoins existing 1-1 zoned property
to the west, and
WHEREAS, The applicant has been advised that our highway
width map indicates a proposed parkway route that extends from
College Avenue to Janesville Road; a portion of which would cross
the northwest corner of this property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the rezoning in the NW 114 of Section 1 from RS-2lB-2 to 1-1.
