APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE TO ALLOW FOR RESIDENTW USE OF
EXISTING COMMERCIAL STRUCTURE-P-SCHAUMBERG
WMBEAS, It is proposed to add one residential apartment to
an existing building with the possibility of adding two more
living units in the future at S66 W14580 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, This is zoned B-3 - General Business, and
WHEREAS, The lot appears to be at least 30,000 square feet
in area which would permit the residential density in a B-3
district, and
WHEREAS, This property is sewered.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the conditional use grant for living quarters along with a tavern
and pizza plant in the building addressed as 566 W14580
