PCR1990102RESOLUTION #P.C. 102-90 APPROVAL OF BUILDING AND SITE PLAN FOR PROPERTY LOCATED APPROXIMATELY EAST OF S85 W21531 JANESVILLE ROAD CAMILLE b CLEMENTINE RNUTROWSKI w#ER@,S, A building and site plan has been submitted by Camille & Clementine Knutkowski for the purpose of constructing a restaurant on the property addressed as approximately east of S85 W21531 Janesville Road, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned R-2 with a Highway Service Overlay which allows commercial business related to the Janesville Road traffic, and WHEREAS, This restaurant will be approximately 3700 square feet in size, and WHEREAS, The site plan indicates 31 customer parking spaces and 8 truck parking spaces which exceeds the parking requirement for this size building, and WHEREAS, The site plan also indicates that the building is in conformance with the zoning district setbacks and offsets and will be landscaped with trees and shrubs some of which act as a landscape buffer. PR. 2, PC102-90 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the building and site plan for the property located at approximately east of S85 W21531 Janesville Road for Camille and Clementine Knutkowski subject to obtaining the second Janesville access from Waukesha County Highway Department. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the plans for any building signage and outdoor lighting shall be submitted for Plan Commission review prior to their installation.
