SW 114 OF SECTION 10 - GERALD KOZEY
AMENDED
APPROVAL OF BLDG., SITE & OPERATION PLAN
WEBEAS, A building, site and operation plan has been
submitted for property located in the SW 1/4 of Section 10 which
was recently rezoned from RS to RMIOPD, and
WHEREAS, This project will have six 8-family apartments,
and
WHEREAS, The Common Council has delayed the rezoning until
all requirements pertaining to the Planned Unit Development
(P.U.D.) have been met, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide this property into six
lots as indicated on the site plan, and
WHEREAS, The buildings will be two-story frame constructed
with brick veneer and six detached garages (four 8-unit and two
10-unit garages) along the east lot line, and
WHEREAS, It appears that the plan does follow the requests
of the abutting property owners.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the building, site and operation plan subject to the submittal
and approval of the landscape plan, exterior lighting, signage
and further detailed drainage plan answering the objections of
the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the new garage plans would
have to be submitted at the next meeting.
