SE 114 SECTION 2 - TOWN OF WATERFORD, MELVIN GREBE
APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on May 21,
1990 to create a lot in the SE 114 of Section 2, Town of
Waterford for Melvin Grebe, and
WHEREAS, This approval is necessary under the city's
extraterritorial plan approval, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Waterford must approve land division
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map in the SE 114 of Section 2, Town of
Waterford for Melvin Grebe.
