kJT'ROVAL OF DREDGING APPROXIMATELY 1,250 CU. YDS. OF ORGANIC
SEDIMENT ON THE ISLAND LOCATION SOUTH OF ISLAND DRIVE ON LITTLE MUSKEGO LAKE-W. VIDAL
WEREAS, It is proposed to dredge approximately 1,250 cubic
yards of organic sediment onto an island property which is
classified as shoreland/wetland (S/W) district, and
WHEREAS, Section 8.175 paragraph 3.32 (3) of the
Shoreland/Wetland District Regulations permits the uses involving
wetland alterations, and
WHEREAS, Application has been made for a state and federal
application for a permit.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the placing of approximately 1,250 cubic yards of de-watered
organic material on the island location south of Island Drive on
Little Muskego Lake. a
