WHEREAS, A request has be'en submitted to construct a 12' x
16' second garage structure on the property addressed as S70
W13775 Tess Corners Road, and
WHEREAS, The structure will be used for residential
storage, and
WHEREAS, The structure will be located at S70 W13775 Tess
Corners Road in accordance with the zoning district requirements
for setbacks and offsets.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 12' x 16' second garage structure at S70 W13775 Tess Corners
Road for Martin & Veronica Goodson.
