APPROVAL OF 2ND GARAGE STRUCTURE FOR JEANETTE KEINERT
W188 S6927 GOLD DRIVE
w#mUs, A request has been submitted by Jeanette Keinert
to construct a 24' x 30' second garage structure on the property
addressed as W188 S6927 Gold Drive, and
WHEREAS, The second garage structure will be located on the
property in conformance with the setbacks and offsets for the
zoning district, and
WHEREAS, The plans submitted show that the construction
will be compatible with the residential structure.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the 24' x 30' second garage
structure be constructed on the property at W188 S6927 Gold
Drive.
