RESOLUTION #P.C. 96-90
INC. IN THE MUSKEGO INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, A building plan and photographs have been
submitted to show building lighting and signage for an industrial
building located on Lot 1 in the Muskego Industrial Park Addition
#l, and
WHEREAS, The building construction was approved by the Plan
Commission in Resolution I1P.C. 69-90, and
WHEREAS, The submitted building plan shows the lighting at
the entrances to the units and the photographs indicate two wall
signs, and
WHEREAS, One wall sign consists of a logo and two non-
illuminated signs to identify this building, and
WHEREAS, The signage meets the requirements for the
Industrial Park zoning.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the signage and the building lighting for the structure on Lot 1
in the Muskego Industrial Park 111.
