APPROVAL OF EXPANSION OF CONDITIONAL USE TO CONSTRUCT A
RESIDENTIAL UNIT AT W125 S9738 N. CAPE ROAD BY MICHAEL LAACK
w#MEA$, It is proposed to construct a residential unit
onto an existing business in the NE 114 of Section 25 addressed
as W125 S9738 N. Cape Road, and
WHEREAS, A public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, The zoning ordinance under Section 8.11 (7) C 5
permits residential quarters located in the same building as the
business as a permitted use by conditional grant (#103), and
WHEREAS, This is to be a modular home measuring 28' x 48'
attached to a proposed expansion to the existing building, and
WHEREAS, This unit will be hooked to an existing holding
tank or a new holding tank approved by the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, All offsets and setbacks will be met.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the expansion of the conditional use grant for the
residential quarters in connection with the business in the NE
1/4 of Section 25 addressed as W125 S9738 North Cape Road.
