RESOLUTION iP.C. 94-90
FACILITY & DRIVEWAY AT W145 S7676 DURHAM DRIVE-WISCONSIN BELL
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 10' x 12' utility
building to house electronic equipment, and
WHEREAS, This one acre parcel is in the NE corner of Mc
Shane and Durham Drive in the SE 114 of Section 11 addressed as
W145 57676 Durham Drive and is zoned RS-2, and
WHEREAS, There is an existing 2-story brick and frame
building on this property and the property owners are granting
approximately a 40' x 40' easement, and
WHEREAS, The public hearing has been held which is required
for public utility facilities and installations requiring a
a conditional use in any district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the conditional use subject to the following:
1- That the building be set 10 feet from the east lot line.
2- Parking area be 3' from the lot line.
3- All cables must be installed underground.
4- That all excess material be removed from the site.
5- The area will be landscaped as per plan.
6- That the exterior of the building will be brick with a black
